  • Typically, it takes 5–7 weeks from the agreement of your desired size and specifications to the completion of construction. We provide short deadlines without compromising on quality.

  • City permits are not required if the office does not exceed the size limits specified by your county.

  • We offer affordable pricing with a convenient payment plan throughout the construction period.

  • We use the maximum allowable wall thickness of 6 inches for these structures, paired with fiberglass insulation. Insulation is installed not only in the walls but also in the floor and ceiling.

  • Yes, you can adjust the number and placement of windows before construction begins, and we will implement your preferences.

  • We offer a selection of high-quality materials for you to choose from, including:

    • Laminate flooring: Known for being premium-grade, waterproof, and highly durable.

    • Vinyl Windows: Known for their low-maintenance, long-lasting appearance, and energy-efficiency.

    When you choose from our assortment, installation is complimentary, saving you additional costs.

  • We take care of all electrical connections, including wiring, outlets, switches, trenching, and connecting to your home’s electrical system.

  • We recommend an HVAC mini-split wall system. This choice is very popular among our clients. It provides efficient heating and cooling without requiring additional ductwork.

  • Backyard offices and studio sheds are designed as independent units. However, utilities within the backyard office are typically connected to the main house.

    If you wish to integrate or expand the living space, we can assist in constructing an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), which is created on the lot with the house or attached to the house. In that case the county does require all necessary permits.

  • A DADU (Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit) is a standalone dwelling unit built on the same property as the main house. Typically, smaller than the primary structure and is intended for full-time living, requiring special permits for construction.
