We've had the pleasure of working with Denis on a detached building, that is intended for use as backyard office/gym. And Denis and his crew did a great work! We were able to stick to the budget (always a worry that things will run over), and met all the original deadlines. Denis is very responsive, pays attention to detail, helped guide me through all the decisions for entirety of the project, was very accommodating to potential small changes I proposed (as I was learning about my needs more), and was providing helpful recommendations whenever I asked. The crew worked diligently in any weather and I always knew what will be done next. Denis is great at planning and coordinating - materials were always ordered ahead of time, we were provided with samples for finishes early on so we had plenty of time to decide. At the end of the project, the space was nicely cleaned up, including washing the windows from any dust inside and outside, as well as any debris around the building. Truly "turn key". The project completion happened so quickly, I was surprised that just couple of months ago I was poking sticks in the grass trying to envision what dimensions and placement would work for us best, and here we're standing in front of fully completed building :) I'll be reaching out to Denis and his crew first, for any future needs. SDEK built the “little backyard studio” of my dreams. SDEK helped me design the space I wanted.They built it efficiently, including a big change mid-project that they accommodated. The team worked hard, and they left the area tidy each evening.
The studio is cute on the outside, and inside it is well-insulated and warm. So far it has withstood a bomb cyclone and months of endless downpour with zero issues!
From the initial consultation through delivery, the process was professional, and the build was completed on time and on budget.

We LOVE our new shed and had had a great experience working with Denis and his team! He was flexible with our asks to customize our 16x24 office and hangout space with loft. The quality of the work is outstanding, and Denis has a very high bar for the work he and his team do. He takes of lot of extra care to make sure the work is done right, and that they don't take short cuts. That is really rare these days, where contractors want to maximize profits and move on quickly. Denis and his crew were great to work with! We're really happy with the results of building my husband's office external building. After sharing a home office since the pandemic, we finally pursued building an office shed. We took a look at different options ultimately landed on SDEK. From quote to finish was less than 3 months. We have done many remodeling projects in our house and we're so impressed by how fast this crew works while keeping with quality. It's great that you get to completely customize the inside and outside and has fully functioning electrical and a heat pump. Denis was very knowledgeable about Bellevue's codes and zoning laws and helped select the right place for the building. Pricing is based on square footage and paid in installments.

To say that this company went above and beyond what I could’ve ever hoped for would be an understatement. They were here sometimes from three in the morning until 11 at night. They got the job done. They did it well. They did it on time. And they came back to check on us months later to make sure everything was OK. I don’t find many companies that do such stellar work anymore, but Dennis and his crew are the real thing. Do not hesitate to hire them. I will use them for every project that we have in the future!

I have been VERY pleased with the work that the SDEK crew have put into turning a dirty, dusty, unused garage into a lovely, bright, gorgeous living space!
